Design Fundamentals for the Web:Assignment Submissions

How should you submit your assignments?

Unless otherwise instructed, all assignments should be submitted via email before the start of the next session. This may include sending links or attaching PDF documents to the email. My weekly email may supersede any information listed here on the weekly sessions.

  • ✅   Subject line should include "IMM130 Assignment #"
  • 😭  Subject lines that have "No Subject" will not be read.
  • 🙌  In the body of the email please include a short description of what you did or your specific question.

Files

  • Files should be generally be submitted as PDF (Not as MS Word or Google Docs/Slides)
  • Include your name, date, and project details.
  • Be sure to review your PDF - no cut off pages, content, type etc.

Local folder path vs actually online:

  • Links to websites should function - Always check to make sure your links actually work.
  • Links to your website should usually look like this: https://imm130.com/~username/
and never begin with something like file:///Users/yourname/Documents or http://127.0.0.1/Users/yourname/Documents. These are local computer file links and can't be viewed remotely on the web.
  • Be sure web links open in incognito mode (ie, not logged in)

🙌 Thank you for your assignment submissions.
